    (Vilnius, Lithuania and Glendale, Calif. -- 28 April 2009) A research team from Immunotech Laboratories (NASDQ: IMMB.PK) presented data indicating that the Company’s Irreversible Pepsin Fraction (IPF) displays significant antiviral activity without indications of resistance. The lab data were presented by Harry Zhabilov, Chief Science Officer, Immunotech Laboratories at the 5th European Conference on Clinical and Social Research on AIDS and Drugs, Vilnius, Lithuania.

After decades of research, we determined that it was time to take Immunotech Laboratories, Inc. (formerly International Technology Systems, Inc.) and our product to the next level. Therefore, we are glad to inform you that Immunotech Laboratories, Inc. is currently trading publicly under the ticker symbol of IMMB (Pink Sheets / OTC.NASDAQ Exchange).

Immunotech's management has implemented a financial management program under which a 100 to 1 reverse split of the stock has been initiated with the regulatory agencies. This, along with a third party evaluation of the currently patented Intellectual Property rights licensed to us, will better reflect the fair market value of our stock and will enable us to embark on a path of adding value to our shareholders.
