Ara Ghanime

Chairman of the Board

Ara Ghanime is a degreed professional in Chemical Engineering, with a Masters in Business Administration, and is the recipient of numerous industrial and technical certificates within the pharmaceutical and biotech industries.

• Over twenty years experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech and related industries with experience in FDA regulatory requirements, Quality Systems application to both GMP and IOS requirements and validation project management. As Raytheon E&C management, responsibilities included consultation, training and seminars, managing validation teams, preparation of validation master plans and participating in GMP and regulator audits and review.

• Through the years that led to the merger of Raytheon E&C and Morrison Knudsen into Washington Group International, he was promoted to USA Regional Director and also simultaneously took on the responsibilities of European and South East Asian Operations Director as well.

• Since 2003, he is running is own engineering consulting firm, providing services in the areas of compliance, quality assurance, validation and regulatory affairs to clients in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries such as Amgen, Allergen, Watson Laboratories, Genentech and Baxter.




Harry H. Zhabilov, McS Science

President, Vice Chairman of the Board & Chief Science Officer

The basis of Immunotech’s scientific discoveries is the research of Harry H. Zhabilov who worked in the laboratory for years, alongside his father Dr. Harry Zhabilov Sr. During his lifetime, Dr. Zhabilov Sr. was one of the leading research scientists at the Bulgarian Academy of the Sciences. He conducted several laboratory studies exploring the manipulation of the human immune system, specifically targeting HIV/AIDS, and investigating alternate approaches to treatment of diseases.

• Harry H. Zhabilov holds a degree of B.S and M.S in Chemistry and Chemical Engineering. He is a member of ACS,ALCHE.

• Harry H. Zhabilov collaborated with his father on all facets of research over a span of several decades. This research was not only limited to the laboratory but also extended to involve various experimental tests and trials on human subjects. Harry H. Zhabilov whi was named as co-inventor of his father’s work was very much involved in the research conducted with the Thymus Nuclear Protein (TNP), and continues his father’s research with the immune system, and was able to discover the next tier of immunomodulator compounds, which are the integral and core therapeutic platform of Immunotech Laboratories’ treatment modality.

• Harry H. Zhabilov’s new tier of product(s) is centered with his patent of Irreversible Pepsin Fraction (IPF). It is believed that IPF is the actual isolated key to the modulation of the immune system, a substance that is both more effective and far less expensive to produce than prior technologies.

• Inventor of IPF, which was granted by the US. Patent Office as of January 20, 2009, under patent number 7479538. Zhabilov is also the inventor of several other patents which are currently pending.




Arthur P. Bollon, Ph.D.

• Dr. Bollon brings 25 years experience in biotechnology as a scientist, executive and entrepreneur. He has been the Chairman, President and CEO of HemoBioTech since 2003.
• Founder, former Chairman & CEO of Wadley Biosciences Inc., a joint venture between Wadley Cancer Center and Phillips Petroleum.
• Founder, former Chairman & CEO of Cytoclonal Pharmaceutics – led an IPO in 1995 and closed licensing agreement with Bristol Meyers Squibb.




Roscoe M. Moore, Jr., D.V.M., Ph.D., D.Sc.

• Former Assistant United States Surgeon General & Rear Admiral, U.S. Public Health Service (Retired)

• Dr. Roscoe M. Moore, Jr. served with the United States Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) and was for the last twelve years of his career the principal person responsible for development support within the Office of the Secretary, HHS, with primary emphasis on Continental Africa and other less developed countries of the world (e.g., Indonesia, Malaysia, and Vietnam). He was the principal liaison person between the HHS and Ministries of Health in Africa with regard to the development of infrastructure and technical support for the delivery of preventive and curative health needs for the continent. Dr. Moore represented the HHS in cooperative international efforts with African nations in addressing continued health and human resources problems.

• Dr. Moore was a career officer within the Commissioned Corps of the United States Public Health Service (USPHS) entering with the U.S. National Institutes of Health and rising to the rank of Assistant United States Surgeon General (Rear Admiral, USPHS) within the Immediate Office of the Secretary, HHS. He was selected as Chief Veterinary Medical Officer, USPHS, by Surgeon General C. Everett Koop.

• Dr. Moore served as an Epidemic Intelligence Service Officer with the U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. He was with the Center for Veterinary Medicine, U.S. Food and Drug Administration, before becoming Senior Epidemiologist within the National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, CDC. He served as the Chief Epidemiologist with the Center for Devices and Radiological Health, FDA. He directed the Epidemiology and Biostatistics Program and was an Assistant Professor of Oncology within the Howard University College of Medicine Cancer Center.

• Dr. Moore has conducted clinical research on infectious diseases such as Venezuelan equine encephalitis, tuberculosis, listeriosis, psittacosis, human Orf, malaria, and HIV/AIDS. He has carried out epidemiological research on a number of chronic and molecular diseases, for example, lead toxicosis, occupational and environmental cancers, and sickle cell disease. He has evaluated the safety and effectiveness of medical devices, and conducted relevant epidemiological research on the utilization experience and human health effects of medical devices and radiation. He was involved in the development of a sustainable infrastructure for the surveillance of emerging and re-emerging diseases worldwide.

• He continues to be involved in issues of terrorism (and bio-terrorism), the evaluation of vaccines, the safety of bio-engineered foods, food security, Avian Influenza (H5N1), safe blood transfusions, prevention and treatment for eye disease (glaucoma), allergens (Japanese red cedar), telehealth /telemedicine, adult stem cell research (Parkinson’s Disease), autism research, and disaster response and crisis mitigation. Dr. Moore has written or co-authored over 100 publications covering a broad range of public health issues.

• Dr. Moore is a Fellow of the American College of Epidemiology. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Africa Center for Health and Human Security, George Washington University. Dr. Moore serves on the Board of Trustees for Friends of the University of Stellenbosch Foundation. Dr. Moore has served as an Adjunct Professor of Epidemiology, Medical University of Southern Africa, Pretoria, South Africa.

• He has served on the Alumni Board of Directors, School of Public Health, University of Michigan. Dr. Moore has served on the Dean's Alumni Council, Bloomberg School of Public Health, Johns Hopkins University. He has served as an Affiliate Associate Professor of Environmental Health for the University of Washington, Seattle. Dr. Moore has served as an Adjunct Professor of Epidemiology, University of Hanoi, Vietnam. He served as a Visiting Professor, International Postgraduate School, European Center for Peace and Development, United Nations University for Peace. Dr. Moore served as Counterpart Investigator within the Clinic of Gynecology and Obstetrics, Faculty of Medicine, University of Dr. Moore serves as a Commissioner for the Maryland Health Care Commission, appointed by the Governor of Maryland. Dr. Moore has been designated by the Governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Virginia Hero.

• He serves on the Board of Directors for Constituency for Africa. He was honored with an award by the Maryland Classic Youth Orchestras for Outstanding Service. Dr. Moore and his wife have established a scholarship in their names for Ph.D. candidates in Epidemiology at the Johns Hopkins University, and they are contributors to the George Washington Carver Endowment Scholarship Fund at Tuskegee University.

• Dr. Moore is the Founder and President of PH RockWood Corporation. PH RockWood Corporation is focused on the prevention, treatment and control of infectious diseases worldwide. Dr. Moore is a Senior Fellow of the Potomac Institute for Policy Studies. He is Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Medical Security Incorporated, Washington, DC. Dr. Moore is Chair of the Business Advisory Board for Immunomic Therapeutics Incorporated, a privately held DNA vaccine company.

• He serves on the Scientific Advisory Board of HemoBioTech Incorporated, a publicly traded company developing a novel safe substitute for human blood. He serves on the Advisory Board for Brainstorm Cell Therapeutics Incorporated, an emerging publicly traded company developing adult stem cell therapeutic products for the treatment of neurological diseases, such as Parkinson’s Disease. Dr. Moore serves on the Fogarty International Center Advisory Board, NIH, appointed by the U.S. Secretary for Health and Human Services.

• Dr. Moore serves on the Board of Directors for the Safe Blood for China Foundation. Dr. Moore serves on the Advisory Board of the Adams National Bank (Silver Spring). He serves as a Commissioner for the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission which has a one billion dollar annual budget. Dr. Moore is a Senior Advisor to PeerSat Corporation.
D. in molecular genetics from Rutgers University and was a Post Doctoral Fellow at Yale University.
