Message from the Chairman

Dear Shareholders,

After decades of research, we determined that it was time to take Immunotech Laboratories, Inc. (formerly International Technology Systems, Inc.) and our product to the next level. Therefore, we are glad to inform you that Immunotech Laboratories, Inc. is currently trading publicly under the ticker symbol of IMMB (Pink Sheets / OTC.NASDAQ Exchange).

Immunotech's management has implemented a financial management program under which a 100 to 1 reverse split of the stock has been initiated with the regulatory agencies. This, along with a third party evaluation of the currently patented Intellectual Property rights licensed to us, will better reflect the fair market value of our stock and will enable us to embark on a path of adding value to our shareholders.

Immunotech has a unique position which both scientifically and financially, differentiates itself from biotech start ups in general, in that unlike the norm, we are not initiating our efforts with a concept. On the contrary, the benefit that Immunotech brings to the investment community is that it already has a tested product and experimental research conducted. Research which shows tremendous viability and a potential to become the first of its kind, and the first to market. Under these criteria, we have reduced risk variables and have shaved off years from our timeline to market entry.

Immunotech Laboratories Inc. is an organization with full indefinite licensing rights of the Irreversible Pepsin Fraction (IPF) peptide molecule for the specific treatment of the HIV/AIDS. IPF is a peptide molecule that has a strong affinity to bind with the HIV virus’ peptide components identified as gp41 and gp120 antigens, rendering them as super antigens, and taking away from them their “stealthiness” and their capability to destroy the immune system. In addition to this mechanism of action, IPF will also enhance and upgrade the immune system components and criteria, as such resulting in a double impact approach of both behaving as a novel fusion treatment as well as an immuno-modulator. As a Biotechnology company with a novel therapeutic product, existing economic factors and variables play a diminished role. On the contrary, we see tremendous growth in the market niche of “salvage therapy”, which will be the focus of our market penetration. We believe the potential of our product’s impact on human life is monumental. We are poised to bring about the eventual commercialization of a revolutionary treatment for HIV/AIDS patients. We take great pride and comfort in the fact that our focus to eliminate the issues with compliance, cost and patient quality of life will be realized.

Immunotech Laboratories Inc. will employ several strategies of market penetration, by either introducing its product as a complimentary treatment along with a partner pharmaceutical company with established manufacturing and distribution capabilities, securing a position in the global HAART market, or as a mono therapy which will eventually lead our product to take on a more significant dominant role in the ARV resistant segment of the HIV/AIDS population. This will further enhance our market penetration capability and result in increased market share.

Both co founders, Harry Zhabilov and Ara Ghanime bring to the organization decades of scientific research, regulatory and compliance know-how, with a combined nearly fifty years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech and medical device industries.

Immunotech Laboratories Inc. will be an organization with its core competency established in developing new novel therapeutic molecules for the treatment of HIV/AIDS and subsequently in developing a Preventive HIV Vaccine. The potential of immuno-modulators within the global market of existing treatments is strong and solid. Unfortunately it is driven by the ongoing mutation of ARV resistant viral strains, ongoing compliance issues, and toxicity and quality of life barriers and to say the least a prohibitive cost burden on both the micro and macro levels.

Immunotech Laboratories Inc. is basing its forward drive on decades of research and development in the field of immuno-modulators. We believe that tremendous strides have been made by Harry H. Zhabilov in identifying critical active elements specifically IPF. The US. Patent office, as of January 20, 2009, has issued IPF under patent number 7479538 . We also believe that the stage is set to take the effort into the next level, from the lab setting to a commercialized product. This by itself is attractive to the investment community given current prohibitive financial investment requirements needed to take a similar product from concept to commercialization as compared to Immunotechs’ current position, where we anticipate a streamlined approach of regulatory process within the parameters of a potential FDA granted fast track status. We also believe that the recovery of initial capital investment and return on investment will be accomplished within the first 3 years of operation and royalty fees collected over the life of the patent based on market share provide a sound element for the investment community.

Immunotech Laboratories Inc. in contrast to other biotech start-ups is solidly based on a proven technological foundation and has scientifically demonstrated that its novel immunomodulator molecule IPF for the treatment of HIV/AIDS is a viable alternative either as a mono therapy or a complimentary treatment product. Furthermore, Immunotech has taken substantial experimental strides in preparing its product pipeline in developing HIV/AIDS treatments for both pregnant mothers, and pediatric patients, as well as a Preventive AIDS Vaccine. We take pride in this work, and believe that our sound scientific platform provides the foundation to create wealth while alleviating a tremendous economic burden and pain from humanity.

This release contains forward-looking statements that involve risks and uncertainties associated with financial projections, budgets, milestone timelines, clinical development, regulatory approvals, and other risks described by Immunotech Laboratories, Inc. from time to time in its periodic reports filed with the SEC. IPF is not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration or by any comparable regulatory agencies elsewhere in the world. While Immunotech Laboratories believes that the forward-looking statements and underlying assumptions contained therein are reasonable, any of the assumptions could be inaccurate, including, but not limited to, the ability of Immunotech Laboratories to establish the efficacy of IPF in the treatment of any disease or health condition, the development of studies and strategies leading to commercialization of IPF in the United States, the obtaining of funding required to carry out the development plan, the completion of studies and tests on time or at all, and the successful outcome of such studies or tests. Therefore, there can be no assurance that the forward-looking statements included in this release will prove to be accurate. In light of the significant uncertainties inherent in the forward-looking statements included herein, Immunotech Laboratories or any other person that the objectives and plans of Immunotech Laboratories will be achieved should not regard the forward-looking statements as a representation.
